QQC #14 Teammate LOVE
What is your favorite part of each of your teammate's games?
Record a video or write a list with each of your teammates and your favorite part of their game. Do they kill it every practice, take care of their teammates all the time, always have a smile on their face or are they the fiercest competitior you have ever met?
example: Dominique has the smoothest jumpshot and I love it when she gets in the zone.
Rubric
4 - Send me the completed video/list with each of your teammates names and trait.
3 - Coach shout out! x2 for compliments
2 - for every time you say "Go Quest" in your video
1 - wear a wig in your video report; if you send me a list, also send me a photo of your wig!

Make sure these shots are within your shooting range. Time yourself.

Series:
1. toss out, reverse pivot R, layup (make 1)
2. toss out, reverse pivot L, layup (make 1)
3, 5. toss out, reverse pivot R, 1 dribble jump shot (make 2)
4, 6. toss out, reverse pivot L, 1 dribble jump shot (make 2)
7, 9. toss out, outside pivot R, jump shot (make 2)
8, 10. toss out, outside pivot L, jump shot (make 2)

Work your way through 2-3 sets of this circuit provided by Lexi/Annalise. The video will show you what each exercize is if you aren't sure. Make sure you go through the video first. https://youtu.be/3oa0GCSMkDM

15 arm circles each way
6 leg swings each way

2-3 sets of the following:
8 glute bridges
10 squat
10 split squat
15 donkey kicks
15 hydrants
3-5 push ups
10 t-raise
10 towel hamstring curl
15 calf raise
15 Supermans
15 sit-ups with rotation
15 V-ups

4 - Load your video into Videoshop or iMovie, etc and edit it to be in fast forward mode before you send it to me.
